Purchased from Mortgagee and completed in 1998, the project featured 56 units on the waterfront adjacent to the Sunset Park on Georgian Bay.

Purchased 2 acre site at 201 Carlaw with a 2 storey industrial building and basement. Developed a concept to retain part of the existing structure for work/live lofts and added a new condominium 8 story tower with new townhouses. The site was sold to a local residential builder and it is now being merchandised as the Printing Factory Lofts (www.theprintingfactorylofts.com) with occupancy scheduled for 2008.
